I need to get caught-up because the 2019 holidays are approaching
and I will need to check this blog to remember what we did this year!
JANUARY 2019
Recap in pictures
Ella played on the Farmington Youth Girls Basketball Rec League for the first (and probably only) year. She sort of enjoyed it but didn't have any good friends on her team or even in the league at all!
4th Grade Music Program - Why Do Mosquitos Buzz in People's Ears?
Do you see Ella? She's on the top riser (so tall!)
One of her besties (and 4th grade classmate!) after their performance
Ella's Electricity Unit project - using conductors
Our elementary school celebrated Kindness Day and each 4th grade class had a
special day and the kiddos wore these cute shirts!
Ella is always sprinkling our house with kindness....she is a SWEET kid when she wants to be!
FEBRUARY 2019
BETWEEN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, THERE WAS BARELY ANY SCHOOL, LOADS OF SNOW AND FREEZING TEMPERATURES!
Ella's 2019 Valentines! We brought back the butterfly M&M valentine
because they are cute and easy!

She got to make a Valentine's Box this year! This is the first time ever!! I might have been more excited than she was - making the Valentine's Box was a favorite activity of mine growing up.
Ella's was very cute!
The (now-annual) Valentine's Scavenger Hunt! She had 5 clues which lead her around the house to find her little gifts from Jay and I
She loves to do this even though it's SUPER early in the morning before work and school!
Valentine's Dinner with my crew at Carbone's (we are so fancy)!!
And obviously we are amazing selfie takers! HA!
Ella was in the school musical this year which she LOVED! It was Pirates and Ella had one small line during one of the songs. She did so great and it was a great elementary school production - very impressive!
And despite the crappy weather, we fit in one dance competition at the end of the month (the early one was postponed to March)
Ella's kick team did not place, but did well and her hip hop team placed 1st!
